How to Proceed
Begin with a Free Consultation
1) Let's discuss your vision. Email your ideas along with any reference photos and descriptions to communicate exactly what you are envisioning.
2) Include the general or specific size and shape you are considering, as well as any other details relevant to the artwork.
3) If needed, I will schedule a phone or video call to discuss and agree upon the subject matter and project details.
4) Once we agree on the specifics, I will provide a written quote detailing the payment terms and deadlines.
The Workflow
a) The client signs a purchase order / contract to begin.
b) Bruce will provide a sketch or composition of the painting with accompanying notes. To ensure both parties are aligned, one revision to this composition is included.
c) The commission requires two payments. Upon approval of the composition, the client is invoiced for half the total fee. Approximately midway through the painting process, the client provides approval and the remaining balance is due.
d) The client reviews the final painting for any small revisions. Once completed, the artwork is professionally packed, shipped, and tracked to your door.
